01. SILO ASSEMBLY - SCD = 1527.00 SQM This body is made of metallic structure - pillars all over the height and metallic structural panels. The metal body rests on reinforced concrete foundations - general frame with aeration channels.
The main elements of the assembly are cylindrical storage cells.
Features:
- 24600-26100 cubic meters
- 3 storage cells - 8200 - 8700 cubic meters / cell
- Height - 60.00m (h. elevator tower)
The assembly consists of the following:
1. Reception and pre-cleaning
2. loading siloes
3. Storage
4. Unloading silos
5. Temperature control
02. GATE HOUSE (SCALE BODY) - SCD = 463.50 MP
The proposed body will be located near the entrance to the plot and acts as a filter, but also has an administrative role, besides the scale room it contains adjacent but obligatory functions of the unit, and it’s construction is realized from continuous foundations of reinforced concrete, with diaphragm-type walls: laboratory, sample room, administrative staff offices, employee functional spaces (changing rooms, kitchen, dining area), technical spaces.
